Weekly Diary

Worship

Our service next Sunday will be at the usual time of 11AM. The service will be led by David Wilkie. There will be tea and coffee after the service in the Large Hall. This will be the second Sunday in Advent and is our Christmas gift service. The congregation is asked to bring a gift for a child or young person and lay it, unwrapped, below the Chriistmas tree. All the gifts will be distributed by River Kids charity in Livingston to those in need this Christmas.

Advent on line

The Bathgate Parish Church website will be hosting a series of on line advent reflections. These are in the form of a few readings for the day and one or two musical items to view. We hope that you are able to follow the reflections or dip in and out at your leisure. The first reflectiosn will be posted on our worship resources page from Saturday 30th November.

We will also post a link to the main Church of Scotland Advent reflections page.

Food bank

The food bank is open from 10AM - 12 noon on a Tuesday morning in the Church Hall.

Pre-school

Preschool runs on a Tuesday lunchtime and Thursday morning in the large hall. The sessions are 'turn up' with no booking required, but responsible(ish) adults need to remain with the children.

Church Magazine

The archive of church magazines is available here.

The December issue has now been added to the archive and will be distributed this week.

The Church Office

The Church Office is normally open each weekday morning between 10 and 12 noon. The church office has now re-opened after the Summer break.
